A PCP claim happens when a customer believes they have been mis-sold a car finance deal. This could include issues like undisclosed fees, high interest rates, or unclear terms that were not fully explained at the time of the agreement.
Is your car finance agreement valid for a claim? +
If you took out a PCP finance agreement for a car between 6th April 2007 and 28th January 2021, and it included hidden commissions or unfair terms, you could be eligible to make a claim.
Do you need original documents for a car finance claim? +
Not at all. We can handle the request for any required information on your behalf to find out if discretionary commissions were part of your agreement.
What are the possible outcomes of a car finance claim? +

If your lender refuses your claim, you can take the next step by referring the case to the Financial Ombudsman Service for an impartial review.

We hope that your lender will provide the required information quickly to help move things along. Although the FCA has paused complaints until December 4th, 2025, you can still submit a complaint directly to your lender.
